Our Story
When the hārd seltzer craze started, instead of looking at it as a fad, we reviewed the seltzers on the market focusing on how we can make them better. We searched for the nexus point where sweet and dry, fruity and crisp, refreshing and flavorful meet. After nearly two years of product testing and perfecting brewing techniques, we created that point and Pakkā was born.
We refrained from making our hārd seltzer crystal clear, instead focusing first on how we can best use real fruit. The color in our hārd seltzers and other beer-alternatives is the result of using real fruit as the key ingredient instead of flavor concentrates and mass produced tinctures. Definitely not the first craft seltzer to the market, but surely, Pakkā is the best on the market.
Shortly after we mastered hārd seltzers, we ventured deeper into the beer-alternative world. Now, we craft two hārd teas, two hārd waters, and several fermented spirits. Each new adventure revolves around our core focus: creating tasty beverages that are only made with real ingredients.
Hārd Water
We like to call our hard waters “Unseltzered” because they contain the same flavorful ingredients as hard seltzers, but aren’t carbonated. Choose hard water if you enjoy drinking refreshing, low-calorie, boozy beverages, but don’t enjoy the bloated feeling from carbonation.
Hārd Coconut Water
Whether you’re cooling off at the lake or adventuring into the mountains, it’s time to try something new and refreshing.
Made with only four ingredients: water, alcohol from cane sugar, Coconut, and sea salt. It’s naturally gluten-free and does not contain any artificial colors, flavors, or sweeteners. Only 99 calories, including two grams of sugar.
Fermented Spirits
Our spirit-like beverages set themselves in their own beverage category. A category that we’ve named “fermented spirits” because they present themselves similarly to spirits, however are not distilled - a hallmark for spirits.
Junipér is a botanical & gin flavored beverage that presents itself similarly to gin. We suggest using it in cocktails rather than drinking straight up, however you can drink it how you please.
Hārd Tea
We’re proud to introduce two hārd teas to the Pakkā line-up. Both teas boast only 100 calories per 22oz bottle, 1g carb, and are made with only three ingredients.
